Ms. Henry has 25+ years of experience in the Financial Sector, originally on Bay Street working in Trading and Wealth Management. Her relocation to Barrie, Ontario in 2001 introduced her to Commercial Equipment Lease Financing.  It was during her time employed as the Vice President, Operations to manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of a local finance company that she discovered her passion for Equipment Lease Financing and how it can assist businesses in their growth and profitability.  When the economic downturn hit a few years ago, she found herself about to be without a job since her employer was closing the doors of their business.  It was then that she decided to take the leap of faith and establish A+ Administration & Leasing.  Why?  Because she believed it was the perfect answer to keeping her administrative skills up-to-date while continuing to offer innovative equipment financing and leasing solutions.

Her vision is to offer an affordable "one stop shop" for companies providing both financial and administrative assistance, complemented with strong, personable customer service.

We have an established and continually growing loyal base of clients and vendor partners and are focused on making it easier for them to overcome cash flow and resource constraints to acquire the assets they need to grow their business. We continue to strive for excellence in our people, our process, and in all that we do.
